Reel Breakdown

“Adrift” – Short Film  | Ringling College of Art + Design

Concept: “What if we could show the imaginary painted world of a distracted child?”

Responsibilities: I was responsible for all aspects of the film.

R&D: In the painterly world, I used many layers of two dimensional painted cards with transparency to give the world a painterly but dimensional feel.

Software: Maya, The Setup Machine, Renderman PBR, Nuke, Premiere, Audition, Photoshop

 

“Jenny Leclue” – Kickstarter Game Trailer | Mografi, Animation Internship

Responsibilities: I performed key-framed animation using company provided characters built in After Effects.

Teamwork: I worked directly under director Joe Russ. His team and I had daily local meetings where we would discus the day’s goals, and review progression of my animation shots assigned.

Software: After Effects

 

“My Nose, Knows” – Student Short Film | Ringling College of Art + Design

Concept: A muppet styled self caricature animation – “What if Isaac’s cat allergies were so bad, when he sneezed, his face would fly off?”

Responsibilities: I was responsible for all aspects of the film.

R&D: Character rigging, key frame animation, and rendering with Maya software renderer.

Software: Maya, The Setup Machine, Renderman PBR, Zbrush, Nuke, Premiere, Audition, Photoshop
